The TACCIA was designed by Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni in 1962. The TACCIA table lamp has a concave spun aluminum reflector with a matte white finish. The light can be adjusted by positioning the blown glass or PMMA diffuser as required. This TACCIA emits reflected light. This modern table lamp is available in black, anodized aluminum and anodized bronze.

Inspiration Behind the Design: Achille and Pier Giacomo Castiglioni’s industrial background in designing is very evident in this table lamp. The Taccia is the perfect example of their minimalist approach to refurbishing everyday functional objects.
